This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Shaxpir collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.shaxpir.com website (the “Site”), the app.shaxpir.com web application (the “Web App”), and the downloadable Shaxpir desktop application (the “Desktop App”), and all other products and services offered by Shaxpir LLC.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site (e.g., the Web App or Desktop App).
